RIP OFF

I was shocked to find out that you have to pay to drop someone off at Grand West.
In other words, if you plan on just dropping someone off, you have to find parking and go and pay to leave.
Also, you cannot drop anyone off in the front of Grand West - NO Pedestrians allowed in Grand West!

This is ridiculous and I will be sure to never return
