I have experienced problems in the past with TOP TV whereby I threatened to cancel my subscription. I have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and continue with them, In the last two days have once again soured me. I have paid my account on the 26/10 through the bank, because it is not the same bank as the one TOP TV uses I am aware that it takes approx. 3 days to appear on the Beneficiary Banks Statement or whatever. I did not include my reference in the payment advice, used instead my initial and surname as I did not have all the info with me. I emailed proof of payment to TOP TV on the 28/10, no one contacted me or acknowledged my email. In the email I made reference to my account number. All lof a sudden yesterday morning, the service has been blocked, I made 3 calls to the call centre, and each consultant promised that it will be dealt with. No one can get past the consultants to speak to a team leader or a manager or even the accounts department. Comms between the consultant and other memebers of staff via email and they have to wait for a reply. I called again today and was told that the Supervisor will allocate my payment, promising to call me back... well
