Poor Customer Service

For the last day of school holidays, Monday 30th Sept, we took the kiddies to 9.30am movies at the Ster Kinekor Rosebank - the Zone. Which unfortunately due to the poor service we received- made sure it wasn't the happy fun outing we hoped. When buying tickets we were told no change so we must pay exact. When we went to order food, we were told no kiddies Astros and no adult smarties for the combo's. Though both these products were there in bigger size - the manager refused to make a plan to put these in the combo even if as we noted we would pay a bit extra. The manager told us they were having a supplier issue - really not sure that my problem. Then went to order coke zero - also out of stock & then when my friend went to pay by credit card - they couldn't provide a receipt. Come on Ster Kinekor this is really not the customer service we expect!!!
