Unavailability of 3d glasses at sales points

I complained to Ster Kinekor (via website) on the 4/11/2013 (ref:25189) about the non availability of 3D glasses at sales points which is required to watch a 3D movie. I was directed by sales staff on the day from counter to counter taking up 40 mins of the movie time through waiting in long queues to purchase the glasses then being told they dont have there and should try other sales points. I went though 3 such queues and points. I got a call from a lady at Gateway Complex a couple weeks later saying "We apologise for the inconvenience, Is that ok? " If that was "ok" i would not have complained in the first place. I requested that they either refund me the ticket price or reimburse me-that would be the appropriate solution as i had missed 40mins of the movie that i paid for through their fault. She said the Complex manager would call me, and guess what, a month later, nobody did.
