I would like to say a big thank you to Ster Kinekor Blue Route for their speedy response to my complaint about the Girls Night we attended on Wednesday, 23 October 2013. We received a goodie bag and one of the items we believe could be well past the sell by date. I mailed Ster Kinekor this morning and informed them and they replied within minutes of my email ensuring me that they will contact the suppliers and investigate the situation. They also promised to send me complimentary tickets for myself and three family members that also received the goodie bags. We appreciate this kind of customer service, feedback to queries and complaints and for showing so much interest in their customers. It shows that they care about us and are willing to go the extra mile. A big thank you to Claire Ferreira the Marketing Manager for taking up this matter so quickly and for the feedback. Much appreciated.
