2nd time putting up this complaint

2nd time I am putting this up and still nothing done.
Myself and my hubby and my 3 kids were at lakeside nu metro on sat 13/10/2013. We bought 3 kiddies smurf combo's. The smurf iceies were not even frozen, I then ordered 2 adult combos, 1 coke and 1 diet coke, the lady that helped us could not tell me which was which and when I asked her she opened a straw and wanted to taste my cooldrinks, I mean that can't be right! Then we get into cinema 10 and the seats are broken and very dirty. I really think something needs to be done at lakeside and fast!
