Filthy Cinema

I attended a movie at Nu Metro V&A Waterfront this past Saturday and was absolutely shocked at how filthy the cinema was (Screen 1). The dirt isn't something that could simply be swept up or even vacuumed because it's clearly caked over time. The floor and seats have visible black "pastes" on them - especially the cup holders. The seats themselves look like they're in dire need of a good wash. The backs of seats are full of scuff marks. The list goes on. Overall, I felt like I needed to take a shower by the time I was done watching the film. How Nu Metro aren't utterly embarrassed by the state of their facilities is beyond me. Needless to say I won't be rushing to watch another movie there until the interiors of their cinemas are stripped and refitted!
