SALE ON COKE - NO LIMIT TO CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION

Coke was on promotion in Checkout Shallcross. There was no notification in store that there was a limit to the customer. Upon arrival at the till, was informed that there was a limit of 6 per customer. Upon querying with management as to why that there was no notification in store, it was stated at they were in the process of putting up boards. This was at 17H30 in the afternoon and the promotion started at 08H00 on 22.08.13 when the store opened. This is not the first time that a problem was experienced in this store. Previously there was also a promotion on the cooldrinks. When cold cooldrinks were taken as opposed to the warm ones, the price was different. A person again was only informed of this when they got to the till
