Bad Customer Service

A birthday party at their venue: as discussed between both parties all supposed to be good to go. But this whole discussion turned out in their favour like, cold drinks, cocktails, large dish of dessert, birthday gifts, birthday cake, a whole pot of lamb curry, bottles of water, and the music we supplied, but most humiliating was my guest was overcharged for drinks. Toilet had a disgusting odour, tables were cleared while my guest were right there and all my stuff was placed at the door and thereafter taken straight to my vehicle without my concern, I couldn't even confirm all my stuff that left the venue and so many stuff is missing. I phoned the other party and sad to say never took any responsibility for their actions. Seriously I don't want a single thing back cause being in this business you need to do things the correct way but according to them they are right. If things blew me away at my function then I would compliment them but sad too say they ripped me off in every way trying to make quick bucks. I am most disgusted with the bad CUSTOMER SERVICE and this leaves me as a total unhappy client.
