CHARGE OF VENUE AND LIQOUR SELLING TIMES

My son`s 21st
When I asked you what the venue fee was you told me no charge as long as we 30 and over and make use of your bar and I told you well we are 50 people. You said well OK no that's great on the night you asked my husband what about the venue fee of R400 which I did not account for and my husband paid. How can you do this to someone, this was an unexpected expense to our family.
Time we have to end the function:
I asked what time you close and you said you stay open till late and but you will have to stop serving liquor by 2am On the night you tell me u can only serve till 12am and my son organised friends to come to your venue. Very disappointing indeed.
and you did not adhere to my tab conditions. This is very disappointing indeed when you plan something and get disappointed on the night of the function when rules changes without notifying the client. also my left over cake was discarded with out my consent (adhered to a guest instruction and I approached my guest and nobody knew about it) this is really SAD. I can`t believe that anybody will take instructions from guest and not the paying client, the spouse or the kids whom was party of the function.
