On Friday, 20 Sept 2013, we went to watch the movie Turbo. We ordered a kiddies combo from the kiosk only to be informed they out of stock. This was the start of the school holiday, how can any company not plan ahead? This was our second movie for this year, that translate to a 100% bad service rate.

The response from the company on the previous complaint was that they send the comment to management and that somebody will contact me. What total bull that was, months later I am still waiting for that. And from the 100% failure rate, it shows that management are totally incompetent, since months later you still supply bad service to the people that pays your salary.

Even though the first part is an complaint, I would like to compliment Tebogo Moloi. Even though they did not have the combo ordered in stock. He arranged that the item was sourced from one of the local supermarkets. To take responsibility for his company bad service, he also supplied us with 3 complementary tickets.

Tebogo, as a father of an Autistic child, I thank you for making a special child's day!
