No Coca Cola & Poor Sound from Cinema

My husband & I and two close friends of ours attended the Ster Kinerkor Movie House at Northmead Square on Friday 5 July 2013 @20h45 to watch the Man of Steel - Superman Movie. Upon arrival I was disappointed to hear that they had run out of Coca Cola and Cream Soda. This is unacceptable as it clearly shows that poor capacity planning had been done for a Friday evening on their stock take. Who goes to movies and does not have a Coca cola and Popcorn?
The role of the food beverage manager is to ensure 0% out of stock on all orders & should be prepared at all times. This clearly shows that there is no sufficient stock management planning involved here. Disappointing to say the least. My movie experience was incomplete without my Coke.

Secondly we were in Cinema 1 and occasionally the sound effect was distorted and we battled to hear clearly.
As a regular movie-goer I expect audio that is virtually distortion-free and music with enormous dynamic range.

This will be the last time I go watch a movie at Northmead Square, will have to unfortunately drive all the way to the East Rand Mall / Lakeside Mall instead.
Extremely let down with the management of the Ster Kinerkor!
