Prepaid problems again

Bought prepaid via FNB account, bought the 15days variety for R59, 50. I am still waiting for my channels to be opened after numerous attempts and also my number has changed to 0765946775. I am tired of having to struggle with toptv`s prepaid. Can you please let me know and activate my service. Thank you
