Shocking Representation of SA Tourism Attraction!!

I was absolutely horrified at the attitude of staff - in particular Anna from the Log Ride. What a terrible representation of our country for tourists - since this is a tourist hot spot. No wonder our country always gets such bad publicity!!
Anna was extremely rude and unaccommodating. It was a quiet day with it being a week day - which was the reason for us choosing to go on a Wednesday - to avoid queues & crowds. We kindly requested that just the 2 of us go on the Log Ride (as we had done on almost every other ride due to so few people being around). She was nasty & rude - to be more precise a real b (for lack of a better word). She forces 2 little children to go with us & was very nasty to them too. I understand that when it is busy it isn't possible to accommodate such a request, but in this case it was more than possible. It is also not a ride that requires a certain amount of people to operate. It upset my whole day being treated in such a manner.
I was utterly disgusted that i had to pay R160pp after the website advertised R120. The extra fee was to go on "major" rides. Yet 2 of these werent working!! What a rip off... customers should get a discount for this!!!
