Attitude from Ride Operators

My family visited GRC on Wed 10 June 2013 - There were 9 people in total. After a fun filled day, the vibe and atmosphere were ruined. We waited in the line for the Tower of Terror from about 15:30 with excitement we were eager to enjoy the ride together. Just before our turn, 2 groups of friends had filled the ride with space for 1 more. The 1 operator called out and held up the queue to fill the 1 open seat. Obviously no one wanted to go because they'd prefer to go with their friends. Eventually after not wanting to hold up the queue any longer my brother went forward to fill up the seat on the ride.By time the ride had finished and my brother had a chance to join the rest of us we had already gone on the ride so he waited in the line to go again. A few minutes later 3 of his friends wanted to join the queue to go on the ride with him to which the operator arrogantly said that this was the last ride and they couldn't go on. After pleading the situation he would not give up - instead of allowing my bothers friends to join the ride the operator put 3 weights on the 3 empty seats and let the last ride run. Very disappointed that this is the attitude of the staff at GRC!
