Good day, My DSTV account was pay via EFT, but i see my service was disconnect and reconnected. The afternoon when i checked my account i see that there was an extra R99 towards my account that needed to be pay. Could you explain please. I try call you service desk, but was on hold more than 10 min on the line for assistance.
