DSTV Off line, now their clients must Suffer!

Have been trying to make a payment at retail stores advertised as I always have and it turns out DSTV is offline. Problem is, this has been going on for the past 2days and DSTV cant advise when they will b back online, guess that works out to their advantage as in the meantime as they get to disconnect services and cash in on tons of r50 reconnection fees from their subscribers. To add to that they have sum rude manager called Tanya Sibeko who is so condescending and won't listen to reason.!
