On the 22 June 2013, I went online and applied for a movie card, the cost for this was R57.00, after putting in all my card details and waiting for the payment to be confirmed there was an error and I had to try again later, upon checking my bank statement, I had noticed the payment had gone through, I then went back to the site and queried this, and email response was sent back to me, to verify my card number and show my bank statement to confirm the money had gone out, I had been querying this up and down to date, I was even asked to contact the bank because they have claimed to have credited my account, but upon call my bank they have not received the credit! the sad thing is, I am still not a club member and I still have not received my money which was supposed to be sent back to me, im so disappointed, I regret even wanting to be a club member - this is so dissatisfying, even though it isn't a huge sum of money, the fact that they have no proof of payment into my account and I had to keep contacting them, they never tried contacting me to keep me in the loop, I wont take my family back to ster kinekor, after all this Im shocked at myself for wanting to be a club member.
