I have been having a problem when recording specifically sports related programs. I am configuring my HD PVR to record specific programs only to discover when watching them that I have a totally different sport recorded. The title and duration of the recording are correct but the sport is incorrect. This has been happening since before the Tour de France in July. Finally I was told this past week that they do have a software problem and will look into it. I then queried why I should be paying for a faulty service but no reply. Now I have discovered a recording that I did last night which was a 30 minute highlight package of the Tour of Britain. It recorded about 40 min but the recording ended with 47km still to cycle. I once again contacted the Call Centre and was told that my decoder is faulty without the consultant even listening to my complaint. I think it is time to cancel my DSTV as I rely on my recorded programs and am not receiving this service. What a waste of money.
