Moving program timelines

As a Premium DSTV subscriber I now totally fedup with the way you move programs. Two hours before the start of the Giro (Mountain Stage!), I set my PVR to record. Only to find out now that Motogp was recorded. This is happening way too much!!!

While you have a recording functionality on your products, your policy should be that you never ever move a program schedule within 48 hours of the start of the program! Moving it up to 48 hours before would be acceptable.

How must I now see the full stage? Pathetic! Note again, this is not the first time.!
