Incompetent Service fro Call Centre

Hi, We bought the new DSTV Explora and had Ellies install extra cables for a second point in the bedroom about 2 months ago.
My wife has already wasted 30 min previously trying to get the Explora activated.
When she called a short while ago, first she had to repeat herself with the whole pedigree to 2 people and the one person could not even follow her when repeating a id number.
The second person repeatedly asked who did the installation of the cables when it was made clear it was Ellies.
Multichoice advertises that the installation of the Explora is simple on their Dish channel.
Sara who helped my Wife (In The Technical department no less) clearly had problems assisting us
and i wonder if it isnt simpler to contact Ellies again and have them hook up the service.

Clearly the " Self help " option is fraught with difficulty as even a person in Multichoices's Technical dept has difficulty and does not mind us spending almost a hour fruitlessly on a cell wasting our money.

The offer wasnt even made by Multichoice to call back and what just happened has no relation to Service.
Especially considering we are are spend more each month with Multichoice.
