I ordered 4 items from this supplier in July. I paid by credit card and paid extra for courier delivery (overnight). After numerous phone calls and lame excuses, I finally received my parcel 2 weeks later. Only 1 item was the correct item. More lame excuses. I informed them that I will be returning the 3 incorrect items. I paid for the courier service to return these items from my own pocket. After tracking the parcel and seeing that they did receive it, I enquired about my refund. I was informed that the refund would be done via EFT on 30 August. To date (2 weeks later), still nothing. I have phoned and emailed them numerous times. I have only received more lame excuses, eg. their bank statement shows that the refund has been paid, but they would have to follow up with their bank. They cannot even supply me with proof of payment. I have given them another 24 hours to get the refund in my bank account. The 24 hours are up and I have now reported them to the Consumer Commission for violations of the CPA. I am also taking legal action against them. I suggest that those persons who have also been defrauded by this company, to do the same! They are.
