Ordered, payed for never received

I have ordered merchandise from Wildgirl lingerie on the 3rd January 2013, pay for it by EFT, and supply proof of payment on the 4th January 2013, . Despite numerous e mails telephone calls from my side, promises of parcel is on it's way, I shall sort it out, I shall come back to you today etc etc I am yet to receive anything, whether it is the merchandise or a refund. Never is a long time... but never and another 2 weeks will I do business again with them. Please stay clear from this company.
