Suspended paid contract

Customer nr 41045971. I am Duvenage from Secunda. R29 packet paid till November 2012. They suspended my subscription and send sms's and MMS's telling me i am Dube of Johannesburg and must pay thousnads to reconect it. Contacting them via web site form gets no response. It is still suspended.
