Pay now option Not working nor reliable

Pay now option advertised not working no response to pay account!!! Then account get suspended after numerous attempts to send message no reply message was received to go to the link to pay account with credit card! Then when you try to call for assistance you hold for half an hour then put on hold after explaining your whole story put through to another consultant! This is frustrating!
