This is the 2nd report on this complany who robbed people of the earnings, i was in contact with a lady at computicket, dont remember her name, but the conversation was not pleasant. How i cannot believe all this that i was fed, First i was wrongly informed, but based on the fact that no recordings could be found my complaint is invalid yet, they can seach and see who worked with the reference number on the tickets that i bought, i was also informed by this lady that manageent has decided on a refund and that would have been sorted the next week still it was depending on the tapes, why dont you tape my and just give me my money that is still in your possession, cause it is a matter of concer if people from other people. The cridibility of a firm like Computicket can and will always be judge on their business ethics of which they dont have. My request is simple look for all the dates of recordings with all numbers that i have used until the date that the concert was held and than if you still cant find your story line so be it, 012 441 5889, 0786606046 AND 072 4977406 IS ALL THE PHONES THAT WAS USED TO CONTACT YOU, SORRY COMPUTICKET, R2122 is not cents.
