Mutlichoice has been promising for the last 50 years or so to do away with the monthly dstv DISH magazine, tv guide, movie explanation book whatever the u wana call this little book, i have a full bouquet, and a pvr system, a drifter, and single view connected to the pvr at different households, my question - Please can i get 2 magazines as you clearly HAVE NOT DONE AWAY WITH THE MAGAZINE, Multichoice superior reply... EISH sorry the computer doesnt accept it, OK give me 2 accounts, EISH sorry the computer doesnt allow 2 accounts, ok post me 2 magazines, Eish sorry the computer only posts 1 magazine per house, OK so how does hotels get it right, eish sorry u r not a hotel... Its amazing how this clever super computer system can remind u when to pay your account, load debit orders, send thru error messages to be corrected, u can watch tv from your cellphone and you laptop, BUT THE STUPID COMPUTER SYSTEM CANT POST ANOTHER MAGAZINE OR CREATE ANOTHER ACCOUNT... you people are completely useless, rude and so imcompetent ticket number 0346, tell you superior she lucky she didnt get a smack for her rudeness and incompetence... THANKS FOR NOTHING
