Magazine tossed on garden for dog to eat

I am a Fairlady subscriber and due to the fact that my magazines dissappear in the mail, they have arranged home delivery which is greatly appreciated and was a condition i indicated when renewing my subscription. However, the delivery is made by tossing the magazine over the wall onto my garden where my dog then rips it to pieces.

I sent an email to subscriptions explaining the problem and asked that the magazine please be put in the postbox not thrown onto the garden. They resent the magazine and it was once again tossed on the garden and ripped up by the dog. I sent another mail asking for another replacement and indicated that the problem had not been solved and if it continued I would cancel the subscription. No response or magazine was forthcoming,

There is no point in paying for a magazine i am not able to read and if this cannot be resolved i will be terminating my subscription.
