Cut off DTSV without notice

I took out the R150 year plan of DSTV in '10 (June/July). After the year expire it was the same time we moved to another area and at first we did not activate our servise again. In Sept /Okt 2011, (unpacked) we phoned for Multichoise to switch the connection on again. They do so, we asked what we owe them, and they said that the contract is still valid. We continue watching. In April 2012 suddenly the connection was swiched off. We phoned and they explained we are behind payments, so we pay them the R250 witch they said was liable for the next year. In June 2012 the connection was cut off again. We phoned and they said we are now on the month to month basis, and need to pay again. We went to the store in Mosselbay, and the lady there saw that there were no outstanding fees and said it was a mistake on their side and switch it on again. In our understanding we was suppose to have connection till April 2013, but a few days ago our connection is swiched off AGAIN. Without any sms notice whatsoever..(only one that we can upgrade to something on the 29 of Jan). We phoned again, and same story. We went to the store and they said we have to pay R184, for the past and R240 upfront AND R50 reconnecting
