Still no Help from DSTV Customer Service

After raising my concerns about lost connection a few weeks back and asking DSTV to contact my family so as to resolve the issue, nothing has happened. I am really getting fed up with these people. What does it take for DSTV to respond? I am also getting tired of having to post on Hellopeter when having problems, I just want these people to do their jobs please. If you phone them you are put through to this annoying voice service that tells you to press this number and that number for service and you end up never getting any help anyway. Who on earth came up with this ridiculous voice service that does not help at all and end up wasting your airtime?
