We went to book seats for a live show at Monte Casino Computicket on Saturday 17th August 2013. We paid R600.00 via speed point. An SMS came on the cell to say money had been deducted from the account. Shortly after a printout came from the speed point and said Transaction Declined. We showed the cashier the SMS message and said she can't help but would call a supervisor. The supervisor came and said he phoned Computicket head office and payment showed as unauthorized and told they won't give us tickets and we need to return on Monday to collect tickets. After much telephonic and email correspondence on Monday and Tuesday we have now received a email to state that we must return to Monte Casino for a refund. No compensation has been offered for travel, phone calls or loss of work (We run our own business). The action of Computicket is totally disgusting and unacceptable to us.
