Well done DSTV!

- Your new Online Management system is finally up and running and I used it today to toggle
one of my decoders.
- It actually worked for the first time in months. THANK YOU!! Intuitive new UI and user feedback
- Sections are maybe a bit BIG for smartphones and Tabs, but we can work on that later...
- Lets hope this will be sustainable but I believe it will be as it is a complete new system & UI and
not a bad patch attempt as it clearly was so many times in the past.

This should go a long way to alleviate the pressures on your call centres and improve
the customer experience. Now only to HALF your Premium rates and we are in Multichoice Heaven! :o)
