Top tv NOT top at there service!!!

On Sunday the 11 August 2013 i purchased a Top Tv decoder and registered my service for the top tv installation to be carried out. it has now been 6 days and still Top Tv has FAILED miserably to supply the installation service!! i live on a 3rd floor flat but apparently all Top Tv installers are equipped to carry out installations on ground floor detached properties only!!! Top Tv has not provided me any feedback to date!! the call centre agents are absolutely clueless about the customer service they promise customers prior to a purchase!! there is never a manager on duty to deal with the query!! The after sales service is terrible and pathetic!! i now have a Top Tv decoder for almost 1 week now and Top TV still FAILS miserably at providing me with an agent for the installation!!!
