No feedback and customer service

Bling installation have no idea what customer service and feedback is all about.
I booked a Bling installation twice to come out and give me a quotation for the installation of my satelite dish with decoder. The call out for a quote is R350 cash. They came out, and I have yet to receive feedback of how much the job will cost to do the installation. I called the call center (to do my own follow up) and Shaun, the guy who came out to do the quote would apparently call me! I have yet to receive a call.
I think Bling installation go out to clients, get the R350 and then never do the job! Complete waste of my time and money.
Never use this company!
