HERE THEY GO AGAIN NOT RESPONDING TO CONCERNS

Is it me or is the connection to DSTV all of a sudden being interrupted and freezing all the time since they've introduced this new more expensive decoder? Last year I had a huge fight with DSTV for not responding to my query for nearly a year. Guess what? The problem has started again and guess what again? DSTV could not be bothered to even give me a call back after sending them an e-mail 8 days ago. What the is going on here?
