Great Customer service

I would just like to thank Multi-Choice for their amazing friendly and efficient customer service. I have been into your Customer Service Centre in Randburg about 4 times over the past few years and I always experience such an amazing and welcoming reception.

On wednesday 7th August 2013, just before 1pm I walked into the customer service building to have my decoder upgraded, and the lady who helped me was exceptional. I unfortunately can't remember her name but she served me at counter 18, and if it is at all possible please will you reward her for her service and wearing the multi-choice brand well. You should be proud!

Thank you again! There are so many companies that can learn a lot from the way you do customer service!
