Never been more disgusted by a service

NuMetroPlay is a service where you can rent DVD's online and they get mailed to you in the post, then post them back with an envelope provided. Sounds great? I wish.

No matter how good it sounds, DO NOT FALL FOR IT. They bill you however they see fit, double charge you if they like, and change price plans at their leisure. I've been with them about 6 weeks, and all of the above is what they've done to me.

The WORST thing is that they cannot be held accountable, as they have no contact number, just an info email address, and when you're signed in to your account, you can send a help message, to which you are lucky if you get a reply (let alone a valid one). And once you see what they've done, their terms and agreements say you cannot take them to court!

All I can say is for those of you who are unfortunate enough to sign up and enter your credit card details is... GOOD LUCK! I feel for you, and I'm sorry you made the awful mistake I did.
