No statement or box office statement emailed to me

Im complaining on behlaf of my husband who pays the dstv and box office every month!!! i spoke to a lady last month about statements being emailed to me bf the 27th of every month cos thats wen the debit order comes off but asusual its too much work and effort to keep their customers happy and its no the 1st time ive had problems with dstv statements! and as usual they cant keep thier word of doing a simple task of emailing the statements to me!
im getting tired of ppl's laxadaisy attitudes towards customers and tired of dstv's attitude!!!
