My stop order is R40 short, and when I tried to change it, it says your self service on your website is not working. I called the call centre, they gave me a ref nr and said they would let me know when everything is sorted, and my dstv will not be suspended, since me normal fee will still go off. Today I see my dstv has bee switched off. I called again, but Lebo was so unhelpful and incompetent. Can someone who actually knows something please vcall me back to sort this out???
