On 28 July, 8 phone calls where, on each occasion I was at least caller number 52 up 94 (!!), my call went unanswered after holding on for ages.
Today, a repeat of the same!
In addition I had earlier sent an email of my request which has, after 5 days, not been answered despite the automated acknowledgement of receipt.
And all I want to do is upgrade my package to DSTV Extra which would be a 'sale' in terms of business.
