Cinecentre
What pathetic service

Due to the fact that we lodged a complaint at the end of last year, Cinecentre deemed it fit two give us two complimentery tickets. All fine in that. This was on the 27/12/2012 when this decision was reached & we were told to collect the tickets 10 days after this date. So on the 10/01/2013 we went to collect our tickets to watch a movie. Guess what> The complimentery tickets where not there! So again Cinecentre messed us around, wasted our petrol etc, etc. So we eventually received a call that the tickets are now ready for collection. So we decided that we will watch a newly released movie, as we have watched most of the other movies currently showing. And guess what. One of the preconditions of the complimentery tickets is, that you are not allowed to watch a new release within the first ten days of its release. Cinecentre, once again you wasted our time and we had to watch a movie that we did not want to watch & once again you wasted our petrol etc, etc..We are now referring this matter to the local newspaper where my wife is currently the Editor. People need to be warned about such pathetic service, and you guys messed us around, not once, not twice, but three times over!
