Debits

I have an account with Muiltichoice. They debit my account every month for the amount of R 257.00. On the 30th December 2012 i got mail thet i owe R 620.00 & R 50.00 coonecting fee. I paid the total amount of R 670.00. I checked my statements and i saw that i only owe one month. What i want to know is are they going to refund me.
