Horrible Service and weak motor provided

I contacted Anita and she was great the first time we spoke. I went to her premises to see her and placed an order. However after that her service became worse and even down right horrible. I sent her 6 emails and received 0 from her. Sent her 4 sms's and received 0 from her. Phoned her 4 times and received no calls even tough she had promised to confirm with me the next day. I cancelled some of the rental items more than a month before the date. She still tried to pressurize me into taking it, only when I reminded her I cancelled via email she relaxed. When returning the goods on Monday (after a dispute on the original agreement which she said was Sunday and I said was Monday) There was no one to receive it at 8:10 am. All in all a Bad experience and bad service with someone that does not care about clients who are spending smaller amounts.
