'Amour' at Nouveau so dark it was hardly visible

A group of Film Club members went to see the film 'Amour' at Brooklyn Nouveau last Wednesday at 11.45am. The group leader was seeing it for the 2nd time. The film was so dark we could barely see anything on the screen, but as it had been the same for the 1 st viewing by the group leader she thought that this was the way the film had been made. I then watched the trailer on the Internet and realised that the problem lay with the theatre-either a faulty globe or a faulty print. We have had similar problems before. The sound was also completely out of balance. Is anyone in charge at this theatre to check the quality of projection and to make technical adjustments?
