Walka not operational

I bought a Walka advertised by Multichoice as portable device for DSTV. This was bought for my Husband for Father's Day in June 2013 from Incredible Connection. It's like a white elephant because it does not have service in so many areas. These are not remote areas either. We went to Pietermaritzburg - no service! I am disappointed with this product and the marketing is not transparent about the number of areas where service is not available. What a waste of money! This company makes so much money and defrauds people with this product!
