CANCELLATION OF BOOKING - REF WAENWQG

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

I need to cancel these tickets due to the Top Gear festival that is taking place on the same day.
There are many road closures and I will not able to get to the venue in time. I realised this the day after the booking (13/06/2013) and called ticketline immediately, however they were not willing to assist me.

I will not pay for something that I am not able to use, especially as these closures are not within my control. The traffic will be extremly chaotic and I am not prepared to endure it. I have provided you with notice thereof and cannot understand why I have been refused.

This morning, I viewed my account statement and see that I have been debited. I request a reversal of this transaction and urgent assistance in this matter.
