Ster-Kinekor
Annoied by your horrible service!

Sooo. It's a HOT day and I'm in a mood for a HUGE soda, were better to go then Ster-Kinekor... I paitently waited in the que and then finally reached the point of sale. Placed my order for one massive soda and i was told that she did not have change for me seeing that her shift just started. I asked how long it would take to collect the change and she replied that she could not get change anywere... so i left... On my way out I saw the manager and explained my dilemma. He kindly and very professionally assisted me and I was out of there (WITH MY SODA) in a mere 2minutes... So now I ask you... How the can one person deliver such GREAT service and the other has No idea what customer service is???
