Please assist

Why my Decoder shows an error of " Smart card ID is 000005115548" error 6.
When the payment was made R290 for this month and my next payment only should be last date of this month. This is now becoming frustrating that Top TV keeps disconnecting my services when I spoke to the female consultant at Billing She said all the payments are up to date and now they wont disconnect my service but today again it is disconnected.

This service provider giving me hassles every week.
I think top tv management and consultants who are telephonically contact client don't know what they are doing..?
I am publishing to news papers and major local and suburb news papers as well.
