Ster kinikor leaves bad taste in mouth!

I have had two terrible expierences with my local cinema ster kinkor, last night my husband and I took our 2year old son to watch depicable me 2 and when I had enquired as to how does our movie cards work because according to the cards I have kids under 18 go free but with a bad attitude the lady said its after 7pm pay for your child full price and she then ignored me, afterwards I had bought my snacks the spices were all empty, 4 other people and myself had to wait well over 30 min to get the attention of the one staff member who then screamed out to another lady to get it and that lady was really not in the mood to even be at work she then returned wit one shaker that all five of us had no other choice but to use. My prev expierence was during watching fast and furious were the manager had stoped the movie for some time because a handfull of people were in the wrong seats insteadv just coming in a discreet manner and adressing those certain people! I will never use their services again after the aweful and poor client services!
