Good day
I would like to warn people regarding the safety of their accounts with Multichoice. My Dstv account was closed a few years back and a spesific instruction was given regarding the re-activation of the account. I instructed them that a password is needed to re-activate my account. Great was my surprise this week when I got an sms stating that my account was re-activated at a walk-branch. I have sent an email with a complaint to customer service and had no word from them so far. Is there any one who can assist with this matter as this is the second time now that this has happened.
